HomeMy Public PortalAboutORD07114 � ORDINANCE NO. 7114 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PARAGRAPH (500) OF SECTION 22 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI$ REQUIRING NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND MOTOR VEHICLES ON MADISON STREET TO BE STOPPED BEFORE CROSSING THE INTERSECTION OF MADISON STREET AND DUNKLIN STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWSt Section 1. Paragraph (500) of Section 22 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956, requiring the operators of motor vehicles on Madison Street to stop said motor vehicles before entering the intersection of Madison Street and Dunklin Street be, and the same is hereby, repealed. ® Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and approval and the official dedication of the Highways 50, 54 and 63 Expressway in Jefferson City, Missouri.
