ORDINANCE NO. 7112
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6927 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, REQUIRING MOTOR VEHICLES BEING OPERATED ON BROADWAY STREE
TO BE BROUGHT TO A FULL STOP BEFORE ENTERING THE INTERSECTIO OV -7;_ 1
BROADWAY STREET AND ELM STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 6927 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
requiring motor vehicles being operated on Broadway Street to be
brought to a full stop before entering the intersection of
Broadway Street and Elm Street be, and the same is hereby, repealed
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from a d
after its passage and approval and the official dedication of the
Highways 50, 54 and 63 Expressway in Jefferson City, Missouri.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TREESPASSING AND AIDING PRIVACY WITHIN THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSO
S FOLLOWS:.I
ECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person within this city to ,
respass upon the premises of any other person, upon which any
uilding or structure is located and occupied as a dwelling place,
ring the hours between (1) hour after sunset and one (1) hour befo
unrise and while upon said premises to then and there engage in
eeping or peering into said building or structure occupied as a
welling place to see what any occupant thereof may be doing.
ECTION 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance anal
