AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 102, VUTHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OOUNC4 OF THE CIi'Y OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1* That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares
and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary purposes and for the health of
its inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be knoim as Sewer
District No. 102., with location and boundaries as follows:
All of the lots within Southwest Addition as of record in
Plat Book 6 Page 6; Cole County Recorder's Office shall
be entirely within Sewer District No. 102 and shall form
the boundary line thereof*
SECTION 29 All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance
are hereby repealed*
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
