AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 103 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
N[SSOURI AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFMSON, MISSOTUUI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION le That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares
and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary purposes and for the health of
its inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer
District Noe 103, with location and boundaries as follows:
Part of Rem's Addition to the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
heretofore described as lots 1 and 2 of Block 22 of Renn's Addition
and which is described as follows: Commencing at the southwesterly
corner of Lot 9 of Block 25 of Rennes Addition; thence westerly 50
feet across Grant Street to the northwesterly corner of Water Street
and Grant Street, which is the point of beginning of this description; ,
Thence northerly along the westerly line of Grant Street 200 feet to
the southeasterly corner of Lot 10 of Block 21 of Rennts Addition;
thence westerly along the southerly line of Lot 103, Block 21, of
Rem's Addition 59 feet, more or less, to the easterly side of the
West branch of Boggs Creek; thence southerly along and with the east-
erly side of the West branch of Boggs Creek to the northerly line of
Water Street; thence easterly along the northerly line of Water Street
132 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly corner of Water Street
and Grant Street, the point of beginning of this description.
SECTION 2e All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
