ORDINANCE N0. 7134
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF S5MS IN SEER DISTRICT NO. 103
WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLIOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares
that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City
and for sanitary and other purposes that there must be constructed as soon as
possible in Sewer District No. 103, as established by Ordinance, a sanitary Sewer
AND it is ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay.
SECTION 2. Said sewer shall begin at a point on the East Main Sewer at Sta. 6606
Adak thence southeasterly parallel to the northerly Right-of-Way line of Water Street
IP 126.45 feet; thence turning an angle of 90 degrees to the right 55 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as provided by Ordinance
and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed to
the plans and specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
