AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF BUSES , TRUCKS,
TRACTORS AND TRAILERS ON ASHLEY STREET AND DEEG STREET
WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for
the operator of a bus, truck, tractor, tractor-
trailer unit to permit said bus, truck, tractor,
trailer or tractor-trailer unit to be parked on:
(a) Ashley Street between its intersection
t.
with Mulberry Street and the western
terminus of Ashley Street.
(b) Deeg Street between its intersection
with Ashley Street and the southern
terminus of Deeg Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of
Section 1 of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
