AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , FOR
AND IN THE NAME OF SAID CITY, TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM
DEED TO HA,NS DULLS, AS GRANTEE, TO SPECIFICALLY
DESCRIBED LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, for and in the name of
said City, are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a quitclaim deed to certain land hereinafter
specifically described to Hans Dulle, as the named
grantee.
Section 2. Said land to be conveyed is described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 9,
Block 12 , Washington Park Addition, as per
plat of record in Plat Book 2 at Page 1, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence southerly
along the extension of the westerly line of
Lot 9, Block 12 a distance of 25 feet to the
centerline of Nebraska Street; thence easterly
along the centerline of Nebraska Street 54,1
feet; thence northerly in direct line to the
southeast corner of Lot 9, Block 12; thence
easterly along and with the southerly line of
Lot 9, Block 12 a distance of 50 feet to the
point of beginning.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect from and after its passage and approval.
