RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 oflhe Opeu Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,
permits tile exclusion of the public flora a meeting in certahl circumstances; and
WIIEREAS, this public body is of tile ophfiou that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TilEREFORE, lie IT RESOI,VED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as tbllows:
I. The public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject mailer to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel matters and litigation.
3. It is anticipated at this lime that tile above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of ~the mattes.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
