AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES
WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of
a motor vehicle, being operated in a northerly direction
upon Olive Street, to fail to bring said motor vehicle to
a full and complete stop at the intersection formed by
Olive Street and Capitol Avenue before permitting said
® motor vehicle to enter into the intersection of Capitol
Avenue and Olive Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemdd guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
