AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES
WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of
a motor vehicle, being operated in an easterly direction
upon Capitol Avenue, to fail to bring said motor vehicle
to a full and complete stop at the intersection formed by
Capitol Avenue and Riverside Drive before permitting said
motor vehicle to enter into the intersection of Capitol
Avenue and Riverside Drive.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
