AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES
WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unladEul for the operator of
a motor vehicle being operated in a northerly or southerly
direction on Jefferson Street to fail to bring said motor
vehicle to a full and complete stop at the intersection
formed by Jefferson Street and Dunklin Street before
permitting said motor vehicle to be operated into the
intersection of Jefferson Street and Dunklin Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
