AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE
PARKING OF SAME, AND PROVING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONI
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, It shall be unlawful for the operator
of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the
south side of Case Street between two points located one
hundred (100) feet and one hundred and twenty-five (125)
feet east of the east curbline of Adams Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3, This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
