AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and complete
stop on Tanner Bridge Road before entering the intersection
formed by Tanner Bridge Road and Ellis Drive.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
