AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawfiul for the operator of a
motor vehicle moving in an easterly or westerly direction on
U. S. Highways 54 and 63 to make a left turn at the inter-
section of said highway and Bolivar Street between the hours
of 4:30 and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday inclusive of each
week.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval,
