AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 3407 ( BEING
SECTIONS 559 - 562 REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , 1956 ) RELATING TO THE USE OF
THE EQUIPMENT OF THE JEFFERSON CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT
BY RESIDENTS OF THE CITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAULING
WATER AND FILLING CISTERNS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 3407 ( being Sections
559 through 562 of the Revised Ordinances of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri ) of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to the use of the equipment of the
Jefferson City Fire Department by residents of said
city for the purpose of hauling water and filling up

private cisterns be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
