ORDINANCE NO. 7113
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY AND COMPENSATION OF THE CITY
MECHANIC AT THE RATE OF EIGHTY ($80.00) DOLLARS PER WEEK,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO ISSUE A
WARRANT IN THAT AMOUNT PAYABLE TO THE CITY MECHANIC, AND
DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO HONOR AND PAY ALL SUCH
WARRANTS WRITTEN IN FAVOR OF THE CITY MECHANIC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURIs AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The salary and compensation of the City
Mechanic is herewith fixed at the rate of Eighty ($80.00)
Dollars per week.
Section 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of Eighty ($80.00)
Dollars payable to the City Mechanic on a weekly basis.o
Section B. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to
honorand pay all warrants drawn by the Mayor and the City
Clerk in favor of the City Mechanic.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be
considered in force, at the time of its passage and approval,
as of March 1, 1962.
