AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTION 55 OF SECTION 68 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON„ MI.SSOURIs 19562
® REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON McCARTY STREET
BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH BROADWAY AND MULBERRY STREET,
AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT$
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 55 of Section 68 of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouro, 1956, regulating
the parking of motor vehicles on the north side of McCarty
Street between its intersections with Broadway Street and
Mulberry Street be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
® Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period
of time in excess of two (2) hours at the north curb or the
south curb of McCarty Street between its intersections with
Broadway Street and Mulberry Street between the hours of 7:00
a.m. and 7:00 p.m. , Monday through Saturday inclusive of any
week.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
