AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , REGULATING THE
® PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator or a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period
of time in excess of two (2) hours at the west curb of Monroe
Street between the intersection of Monroe Street with State
Street and the intersection of Monroe Street with the public
alley running parallel with and lying between State Street
and Capitol Avenue, between the hours of 7:00 a. m. and 7:00
p.m. , Monday through Saturday inclusive, of any week.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
