AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR THEREOF TO ACCEPT A GUARDIAN'S DEED
FROM NOEL HACKMAN, AS GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE OF ANNA C. KLEE,
AN INCOMPETENT , BY WHICH ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST OF
SAID INCOMPETENT IS CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF NINE THOUSAND ($9,000.00) DOLLARS, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , TO DRAW AND ISSUE A WARRANT ON
ANY UNAPPROPRIATED MONIES IN THE AIRPORT FUND OF THE CITY
TREASURY IN THE AMOUNT OF NINE THOUSAND ($9,000.00) DOLLARS
PAYABLE TO NOEL HACKMAN, AS GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE OF ANNA C.
KLEE, AN INCOMPETENT, IN EXCHANGE FOR SAID DEED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby authorized and directed to accept for and in the name of
the city a Guardian's Deed executed by Noel Hackman on March 10,
Amok 1p
1962 as Guardian of the Estate of Anna C. Klee, an Incompetent,
by which deed all of the right, title and interest of the said
Anna C. Klee, an incompetent, is transferred and conveyed in an
eighty (80) acre tract of land in Callaway County, Missouri,
to the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorize
and directed to draw and issue a warrant in the amount of Nine
Thousand ($9,000.00) Dollars, payable to Noel Hackman, as Guardia
of the Estate of Anna C. Klee , an incompetent, said money to be
paid out of any monies available and unappropriated in the Airport
Fund of the City Treasury, as consideration for and payment of
the interest of Anna C. Klee, an incompetent, in said eighty (80)
acre tract of land.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pssage and approval.
