AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR THEREOF TO ACCEPT A DEED FROM CAROL D.
BUESCHER AND FRED H. BUESCHER AND EUGENE KLEE, A SINGLE MAN,
CONVEYING ALL OF THEIR RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO AN
EIGHTY (80) ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN CALLAWAY COUNTY, MISSOURI ,
TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO DRAW AND ISSUE A WARRANT PAYABLE
TO CAROL D. BUESCHER AND FRED H. BUESCHER, HER HUSBAND, AND
EUGENE C. KLEE, JOINTLY, IN THE ,AMOUNT OF TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND
($27,000.00) DOLLARS , SAID WARRANT TO BE PAYABLE OUT OF ANY
MONIES AVAILABLE AND UNAPPROPRIATED IN THE AIRPORT FUND OF THE
CITY TREASURY, AS CONSIDERATION FOR SAID DEED AND PAYMENT FOR
THEIR INTERESTS IN SAID LAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and
in the name of the city, to accept a Warranty Deed executed by
Carol D. Buescher and Fred H. Buescher, her husband, and Eugene
Klee, a single person, by which all of their interest in an
eighty (80) acre tract of land in Callaway County, Missouri, is
conveyed to the City of Jefferson, Missouri , said deed being
dated March 10, 1962 .
Section 2. Upon receipt of said deed, the Mayor and the City
Clerk are authorized and directed to draw and issue a warrant
in the amountof Twenty Seven Thousand ($27,000.00) Dollars
Am payable to Carol D. Buescher and Fred H. Buescher, her husband,
and Eugene Klee jointly, said warrant to be paid out of any
monies available and unappropriated in the Airport Fund of the
City Treasury as consideration for and payment of all of the
interests of Carol D. Buescher and Fred H. Buescher and Eugene
Klee in said eighty (80) acre tract of land.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
