AN ORATNANCE OF THE, CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE
ROAMAY OF ARTIIUR FLU S BOULEVARD (TIIE EXTENSION OF SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD) FROM
THIS CYNTF?R OF THE INTERSFrTION OF THE CENTERLINE OF ROUTE "C" (OLD HIMWAY 54)
AND THE CFNT.FRLINI OF ZEH1-�TIDNER ROAD TO A PINT THAT IS 213.4 FEET WESTERLY OF
THE TNTERSM! TION OF THE CENTERLINE OF NOTRE DAME STREET AND HO? GH PARK ROAD.
AE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MESSOURI., AS

SECTI0N 1. That the grade line -of the roadway of Arthur Ellis Boulevardq
from the center of the intersection of the centerline of Route "CIO and the
centerline of Zehendner Road to a point that is 213.4 feet westerly of the
intersection of the centerline of Notre Dame Street and Hough Park Road be and
hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center-
line of Route "CIO (Old Highway 54) and the centerline of Zehendner Road where
the elevation of the grade is 397.80 feet; thence on a uniform grade 16.6 feet,
'where the elevation of the grade shall be 397.00 feet; thence on a vertical
curve 100 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 397057 feet; thence
on a uniform grade 25 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 397.86
feet, thence on a vertical curve 200 feet, where the elevation of the grade
shall be 395.00 feet; thence on a uniform grade 150 feet, where the elevation
of the grade shall be 389.00 feet; thence on a vertical curve 200 feet where
the elevation of the grade shall be 384.75 feet; thence on a vertical curve
200 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 377.00 feet; thence on a
1p vertical curve 200 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 371072 feet;
thence on a uniform grade 150 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be
374.31 feet; thence on a vertical curve 200 feet where the elevation of the
grade shall be 375.63 feet; thence on a uniform grade 500 feet, where the
elevation of the grade shall be 371.63 feet; thence on a vertical curve 200
feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 368.63 feet; thence on a
uniform grade 725 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 355.58 feet;
thence 200 feet on a vertical curve, where the elevation of the grade shall be
350.38 feet; thence on a uniform grade 25 feet, where the elevation of the

grade shall be 348.91 feet; thence on a uniform grade 350 feet, where the elev-
ation of the grade shall be 338.09 feet; thence on a vertical curve 300 feet,

50 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be 321.65 feet; thence on a
vertical curve 400 feet where the elevation of the grade shall be 306020
feet; thence on a uniform grade 22.1 feet, where the elevation of the grade
is 306.00 feet.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
