AN ORDINANCE ACC ,,PIING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF ROBERT J. MAJOR, EDITH E.
MAJOR, MTH W. MAJOR AND GIADYS Ti. MAJOR, OF AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
JEFF71 No IUSSOIIRI, KNM AS LESLIE ACRES SUBDIVISION,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE QTY OF JEFFERSON, ITISSOURI AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Robert J. Major, Edith E. Major, Keith W. Major and Gladys M. Major,
ovmers of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, ?M.ssouri, having submitted to the City Council for its approval a
plat of said real estate, being a tract of land that is part of Outlots 96 and
97 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown on the attached plat, and more
particularly described as follows:
From the southeasterly corner of Outlot No. 96; thence North
35 degrees 14 minutes East, along the Outlot line, 30.0 feet
to the point of beginning; thence North 54 degrees 22 minutes
West, 135.86 feet; thence North 35 degrees 38 minutes East,
150 feet; thence South 55 degrees East, 586.27 feet, to a
point on the West line of the Moreau Heights School Property;
thence South 34 degrees 06 minutes West along said West line,
150 feet; thence North 55 degrees 13 minutes Test, 454.44}
feet, to the point of beginning.
All bearings stated herein are magnetic
as shown on the attached plat, known and referred toLas Leslie Acres Subdivis-
ion and made a part of this Ordinance, all of which Leslie Acres Subdivision
lies within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
And it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted
by the said owners of the sA.i.d addition known and referred to as Leslie Acres
Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the re-
quirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled plats have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners
of the said addition: now therefore:
The plat of land of Robert J. Major, Edith E. Major, Keith We Major and Gladys
M. Major, known and referred to as Leslie Acres Subdivision, lying and being
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the
said Plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance is hereby accepted
and approved by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City, and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, after the
passage and approval of this Ordinance is hereby directed to endorse accept-
ance and approval of said plat thereon, and to certify to the approval of the
same under the seal of said City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
