AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PARAGRAPH ONE (1) OF SECTION 61 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , 1956,
RESTRICTING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE 200 BLOCK
OF EAST HIGH STREET AND RESEVING SPACE FOR CITY POLICE CARS
AND MOTORCYCLES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Paragraph One (1) of Section 61 of the
Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
1956, restricting the parking of motor vehicles in an area
of 82 feet along the south side of the 200 Block of E. High
Street generally, and reserving said area for the parking
of city owned patrol cars and motorcycles be, and the same
is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
