AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 7006 OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , PROHIBITING THE OPERATORS OF ALL MOTOR
® VEHICLES OTHER THAN CITY POLICE CARS AND MOTORCYCLES FROM
PERMITTING THEIR VEHICLES TO BE PARKED AT THE WEST CURB OF
MONROE STREET BETWEEN TWO POINTS LOCATED FORTY NINE (49) FEET
AND SEVENTY ONE (71) FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF HIGH STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Ordinance Number 7006 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, prohibiting the operators of all motor vehicles other
than city police cars and motorcycles from permitting their
vehicles to be parked at the west curb of Monroe Street between
two points located forty nine (49) feet and seventy one (71)
feet south of the south curb of High Street be, and the same is
hereby,repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
