AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 5701 OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES
IN THE 200 BLOCK OF MADISON STREET AND THE 100 BLOCK OF E. HIGH
STREET WHEN PARKED WITHIN CERTAIN SPECIFICALLY DESIGNATED AREAS
ON SAID STREETS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERMITTING THE OPERATORS
THEREOF TO USE THE SIDEWALK TELLER WINDOWS AT THE CENTRAL
MISSOURI TRUST COMPANY BANK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 5701 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, regulating the parking of motor vehicles in the 200
Block of Madison Street ( within a designated area along the west
curb thereof ) and in the 100 Block of E. High Street( within a
designated area along the north curb thereof ) for the purpose
of permitting the operators of said motor vehicles to transact
business at the sidewalk teller windows of the Central Missouri
Trust Company Bank be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
