Home My Public Portal AboutORD07224 ORDINANCE NO. - 7224 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE N0, 4873 AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF THE ROADWAY OF LINCOLN STREET, FROM A POINT 316 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF EDWARDS STREET TO THE NORTH EDGE OF THE PAVEMENT OF HIGH STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Lincoln Street, from a ppint on the centerline of Lincoln Street 316 feet north of Edwards Street, southerly 2,322.43 feet, be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Lincoln Street 316 feet north of EdwWds :Street where the elevation shall be 176.60; thence 25 feet on a unifonm.grade where the elevation shall be 176.88; thence 200 feet an a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 175.45; thence 325 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade shall be 167.15; thence .200 feet on a vertica ;acurve where the elevation shall be 160.60• thence 140.03 feet on nuuforn grade where the elevation shall be 155.00; thence 150 feet on a vertical'curve where the elevation shall be 143.77; thence 40 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 139.38; thence 120 feet on a vertical curve whwre the elevation shall be 133.10; thence 390 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 135.05; thence 150 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 139.96; thence 200 feet on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 148.22; thence 200 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 152.67; thence 150 feet on g vertical curve where the elevation shall be 152.84; thence 32.4 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 152.19. SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION $.
