Commission: Commissioners: Steve Sumrall, Peggy Smith, Katie Soles, Vesta Shapiro
and Tim Hodsdon

Chairperson called the meeting to order at 6:37 p.m.
1. Roll Call:
2. Approval of Agenda: Minutes of July 31, 2013
Commissioner Soles moved, and Commissioner Smith seconded the motion to approve
the Agenda. Motion carried: 5-0.
3. Open Forum:
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a. Sign Code
b. Zoning Regulations
Planning Commission continued their discussion on proposed changes to the Zoning
Code. Planner will schedule a public hearing on September 25, 2013.
5. Adjourn
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Soles seconded the motion to
adjourn. Motion carried: 5-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
