AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REGULATING
THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the
operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be
parked for a period of time in excess of two (2) hours
on the north half or at the north curb of Miller Street
between the intersections of Miller Street with Jefferson
Street and M�dison Street between the hours of 7:00 A. M.
and 7:00 P. M. , Monday through Friday of each week inclusive.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
