AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURIo REGULATING THE
PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY&
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator or a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the west
half or near the west curb line of Highway 50 West (Harrison
Street) between the south edge of the driveway entrance into
the West End Fire Station and a point on the west curbline of
Highway 50 West (#arrison Street) located one hundred and
forty six (146) feet south of the south edge of the driveway
entrance into the West End Fire Station.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
