AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , REGULATING THE
PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the east
half or near the east curbline of Madison Street between the
south curb of Dunklin Street and a point on the .east curbline
of Madison Street located one hundred and sixty five (165)
feet south of the south curb of Dunklin Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
