AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO.
6763 AND ACTING IN LIEU THEREOF, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING.THE GRADE
OF THE ROADWAY OF LIVINGSTON STREET, FROM THE WEST .CURB.LINE OF MEIER.
DRIVE TO THE EAST CURB LINE OF RIDGEWAY DRIVE.
BE*ITT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS e
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 6763 be and hereby is repealed and the
following is hereby enacted in lieu thereof; that the grade of the roadway
of Livingston Street, from the west curb line of Meier Drive to the east
curb line of Ridgeway Drive, be and hereby is established as follows:
Beginning at the west curb line of Meier Drive and the centerline of
Livingston Street where the elevation is 206.75; thence 15 feet where the
elevation is 206.71; thence 255 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation
shall be 183.07; thence 30 feet where the elevation shallbe 182.00; thence
25 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 180.93; thence 50
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 178.09; thence 26.36
feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 176.13; thence 48.64
feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 172.93; thence 200
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 181.75; thence 138
feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 303.00; thence 70
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 209.06; thence 34.04
feet on a vertical curve where the elevation shall be 210.66; thence 199.7
feet on a uniform grade where the elevation shall be 220.90.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage. and approval.
