ORDINANCE NO. 7 2 3
AN ORDINCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REGULATING THE
PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES9 AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the south shoulder of
U. S . Highway No. 50 (West Dunklin Street) between. the west
curb of Southwest Boulevard and a point lying two hundred (200)
feet west thereof or between the east curb of Southwest Boulevard
and a point lying two hundred (200) feet east thereof.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
