AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATIONOF MOTOR VEHICLES AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle being operated on Hillsdale Street to fail to
bring said motor vehicle to a full and complete stop on
Hillsdale Street upon approaching and immediately prior to
entering the intersection of Hillsdale Street with Ridgeway
Avenue.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
