oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-
nancial Officer of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are

(A) The newspaper has complied with all of

Minn. Stat. § 331A.02, § 331A.07, and

SECTION 1: The prop rty identi-

to, and having the folio ing prop-

record with Hennepi County,
Minnesota are hereby ezoned to
Rural Public/Semi-Pub is (RPS):
