AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SUBSECTION (30) OF SECTION 71 OF THE
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
' 4 ESTABLISHING A "LOADING ZONE" FOR MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN POINTS LOCATED 75 FEET
AND 115 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF BOLIVAR STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection 30 of Section 71 of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956,
establishing a loading zone for motor vehicles on the
north side of Main Street between points located 75
feet and 115 feet east of the east curb of Bolivar
Street be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
