AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON$ MISSOURI , AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. It is hereby declared to be unlawful for the
operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked
on the east half or at the east curb of Delaware Street
between the intersection of Delaware Street with Nebraska
Street and the intersection of Delaware Stree+ with St,
Mary's Boulevard.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from .and after its passage and approval.
