ORDINANCE NO.461
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO
RURAL PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC
The City Council of the City of Medina ordains as follows:
SECTION I
The property identified on Exhibit A, attached hereto, and having the following property
identification numbers, on record with Hennepin County, Minnesota are hereby rezoned to Rural
Public/Semi-Public (RPS):
a. PID# 22-118-23-24-0004
b. PID# 23-118-23-23-0001
c. PID# 27-118-23-23-0008
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 16th day of June, 2009.
