AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , TO EXECUTE
A QUIT-CLAIM DEED IN FAVOR OF MAGGIE M. FARMER HOSKINS, AS
GRANTEE, TO CERTAIN REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN OUTLOT NO. 29
IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a quit-claim deed to certain land located in Outlot
No. 29 in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, in favor of
Maggie M. Farmer Hoskins , as grantee.
Section 2. The consideration for the transfer of
this land in Outlot No. 29 in the City of .Jefferson, Missouri,
to Maggie M. Farmer Hoskins is the conveyance by said Maggie
M. Farmer Hoskins of certain real estate in Outlot No. 29
in said City to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for public
street right of way.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
