RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE ADOPTED
PURSUANT TO POLITICAL "REFORM ACT OF 1974
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District does hereby amend Resolution No. 78-14
adopted on June 28, 1978, (and as amended by Resolution
78-22 on August 9, 1978) as follows:
Section One. Paragraph B.3., CATEGORY I, INTERESTS
IN REAL PROPERTY, under EXHIBIT A, shall be changed to
read as follows:
i, 3
The portion of land located within the
District's acquisition planning area or
within two miles, as hereinabove set
forth, used principally as the residence
of the designated position, including up
to three acres in area surrounding such
residence, shall not be considered an
'interest in real property' for the
purposes of this Code and need not be
reported, but the rest of any such land
shall be reported and its value declared."

RESOLUTION NO. 79-1
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on January 10 , 19 79 at a
regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: R. Bishop, K. Duffy, B. Green, N. Hanko, E. Shelley,
H. Turner and D. Wendin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None

I, the District Clerk of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District, hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District by the above vote -at a
