I~,iCSOLUTION TO (;O INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WtlEREAS, this public body is o£/lie ophlion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TI1EREFORE, BIC IT P, ESOI,VEI) by the Mayor and Council o£the
Borough o£Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of'New Jersey, as lbllows:
1, The public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject nmtters.
2. Tile general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel matters and litigation.
3. It is anticipated at Ibis time that lire above stated subject matter will be made
public:
