AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , REGULATING THE
Wr PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN SAID CITY AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FDLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the east
half of Madison Street between Commercial Avenue, a public
alley lying midway between High Street and Capitol Avenue,
and the south curb of Capitol Avenue.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
