AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , REGULATING
THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The operator of a motor vehicle being driven
from the exit gate of the Jefferson City Municipal Off Street
Parking Garage, located at the corner of Madison Street and
Capitol Avenue, into the roadway of Madison Street shall
turn said vehicle to the right and proceed in a northerly
direction on Madison Street.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle being operated from the Madison Street exit
gate of the Jefferson City Municipal Off Street Parking Garage
to turn said vehicle to the left to proceeding in a southerly
direction on Madison Street.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after
