AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , REGULATING THE
PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN SAID CITY AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked in the public
alley connecting Jefferson Street with Madison Street, said
public alley lying midway between and running parallel to
McCarty Street and Miller Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect from and after its passage and approval.
