AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURIs REGULATING
THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES , AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period
of time in excess of two (2)- hours between the hours of
7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on any day of the week except Sunday
on the west half of Jefferson Street between the south curb
of Miller Street and a point on Jefferson Street located
two hundred and eight (208) feet south of the south curb
of Miller Street .
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
