AN ORDINANUE REPEALING ORDINANI-E NUMBER 7248 OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHIkLES
LEAVING THE EXPRESSWAY AND ENTERING INTO ULARK AVENUE, AND
® ENAUTING A NEW ORDINANWE PERTAINING TO THE SAME SUBJEUT, AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE UITY �-OUNUIL OF THE WITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 7248 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, regulating the operation of motor vehicles that are
driven from the Rex M. Whitton Expressway into Clark Avenue
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle being operated from the Rex M. Whitton Expressway
over the access roads up and into Clark Avenue to fail to
bring said motor vehicle to a full and complete stop on the
Rex M. Whitton Expressway" access roads leading to Clark Avenue
before permitting said motor vehicle to be operated into Clark
Avenue.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
