AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE
STREETS OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle, while operating said vehicle in a westerly
direction on Cliff Drive, to fail to bring said vehicle to
a full and complete stop on Cliff Drive before permitting
said motor vehicle to enter into the intersection formed by
Cliff Drive and Clay Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
