AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 10 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7258 OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELEATING TO CLOTHING ALLOWANCES
FOR MEMBERS OF THE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND PROVIDING UNIFORMS
FOR THE ATTENDANTS OF THE MUNICIPAL OFF STREET PARKING LOT, AND
ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE, TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 10 OF ORDINANCE
NUMBER 7258, RELATEING TO CLOTHING ALLOWANCES FOR MEMBERS OF
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE OFF-STREET MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT
ATTENDANTS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance Number 7258 of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, relateing to clothing allowances for
members of the City Police Department and providing for a uniform
rental service for the attendants of the municipal off street
parking garage be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance to be
known as Section 10 of Ordinance Number 7258, relateing to a
uniform allowances for members of the City Police Department
and the off-street municipal parking garage attendants, which
ordinance shall read in words and figures as follows:
"Ordinance Number 7258
Section 10. Clothing Allowance. (A. ) All members of the
Police Department shall be paid Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars
per month as a clothing and uniform allowance. (B. ) All
of the municipal off street parking gara�e attendants
shall be paid Ten ($10.00) Dollars per month as a clothing•
qP and uniform allowance. It
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
