AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE
STREETS OF JEFFERSON CITYs MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the west
half or at the west curb of West Armory Drive between the
intersection of West Armory�t4ith the north curb of St. Maryts
Boulevard and a point on the west curb of West Armory Drive
located seventy two (72) feet north of the north curb of St.
Mary=s Boulevard.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
