AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle being operated in an easterly direction on
Union Street to fail to bring said motor vehicle to a full
and complete stop on Union Street immediately before permitting
said motor vehicle to enter into the intersection of Union
Street with Jackson Street.,
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
