AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REGUDkTING
THE PARKING OF MiOTOR VEHICLES ON THE STREETS OF SAID CITY
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of
a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked for a period
of time in excess of two hours, between the hours of 8:00 A.M.
and 5:00 P.M. , on Monday through Saturday, inclusive, on
either side of Walnut Street between Main Street and High
Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating the terms of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
